Prisustvo aminokiselina sa razgranatim lancem (BCAA)
Razgranati lanci su tri esencijalne aminokiseline, leucin-izoleucin-valin, koje čine oko 30-40% svih proteina mišića. Uzimanje BCAA pre treninga olakšava veći energetski i metabolički napor.

Neophodne aminokiseline iz fermentacije. Postoji nekoliko glavnih funkcija EEA. Konkretno, poboljšavaju snabdevanje mišića kiseonikom i podstiču sintezu mišićnih proteina (anabolički i antikatabolički efekat).

Glutamin u peptidnom obliku. Glutamin je najzastupljenija aminokiselina prisutna u mišićnom tkivu. Glutaminov peptid se bolje apsorbuje od glutamina u slobodnom obliku (zahvaljujući prisustvu peptida koji mu omogućavaju da preživi digestivni trakt) i takođe je stabilniji u rastvoru.
