Opis i korišćenje

Psilium je jedan od najbogatijih izvora rastvorljivih biljnih vlakana. Bogat takođe sluzavim materijama koje “podmazuju” sluzokožu creva, i iridoidima, supstancama koje deluju smirujuće na zidove creva. Psilijum je najbolji prebiotik.
