Opis i korišćenje

MCT je masna kiselina dobijena 100% iz kokosa. Preporučuje se sportistima i fizički aktivnim osobama. U prahu je bezbojan i bez mirisa.
100% MCT ulje u prahu je jednostavno svarljiv oblik triglicerida sa srednje dugim lancem u prahu. Trigliceridi sa srednje dugim lancem (MCT) su masti koje se prirodno nalaze u kokosovom ulju ili u palminom ulju. Za razliku od triglicerida sa dugim lancem, oni se jednostavno apsorbuju u gastrointestinalnom traktu, jetra ih brzo metaboliše a zahvaljujući tome su odličan i brz izvor energije.
To se naročito ceni kod sportova izdržljivosti ali i kod napornih treninga.

Preporučena upotreba: Započnite sa pola do jedne kafene kašike (3-5g) dnevno i povećavajte do maksimalno 10g dnevno. Prah možete da dodate u smutije, šejkove, sokove ali i kao dodatak kafi.
