Opis i korišćenje

Gelatinizovana maka se dobija na sledeći način: nakon berbe i sušenja, koren make se termički obrađuje, pri čemu skrob korena

make dobija gelatiniziranu strukturu. Gelatinizacijom maka postaje podnošljivija za probavu, a nutrijenti iz make postaju optimalno bioraspoloživi u organizmu.

Ovim postupkom se dobija maka veće koncentracije - budući da je za 1kg gelatinizovane make potrebno oko 4kg sirove make.

Gelatinizovana maka koju distribuiramo je autohtona peruanska zlatna maka (Lepidium peruvianum Chacon), koja raste na 4000m nadmorske visine u oblasti Junin u Peruu.
