Valerijana, odoljen (Valeriana officinalis L.) je biljka koja pripada familiji Valerianaceae. Terapijsku primenu ima koren ove biljke. Sadrži iridoidne valepotrijate, isparljiva jedinjenja (bomil-izovalerenat, izovalerenska kiselina, bornil-acetat, izoeugenol-valerenat), seskviterpene (velerenska, 2- hidroksivalerenska i 2-acetoksivalerenska kiselina), piridinske alkaloide i derivate kafene kiseline (hlorogenska kiselina).

Nemačka Komisija E je odobrila primenu korena valerijane kod nervoze i nesanice. U monografiji Evropske agencije za lekove (EMA) navodi se primena korena valerijane kod blagih simptoma mentalnog stresa i kod problema sa spavanjem. Ne preporučuje se primena kod osoba preosetljivih na aktivne sastojke, kod trudnica i dojilja.

Pakovanje: 60 kapsula.
Preporučena upotreba: Kod problema sa spavanjem: 2 kapsule pola sata pre spavanja. Kod blagih simptoma mentalnog stresa: po 1 kapsula 2 puta dnevno.
