Opis i korišćenje

Terranova Easy Iron Complex sadrži Gvožđe(II)-bisglicinat 20 mg kao visoko apsorbujući oblik gvožđa koji ne dovodi do konstipacije (zatvora) ni mučnine. Plod divlje ruže (šipak) sadrži vitamin C koji značajno povećava iskorišćenost gvožđa. Herba ječma pored sadržaja gvožđa, ječam trava je odličan izvor hlorofila i folne kiseline (koja je potrebna za formiranje hemoglobina). Acai plod (ORGANIC) /Euterpe oleracea/ 25 mg – akai bobice obezbeđuju nadoknadu oksidacionog efekta gvožđa na vitamin E. Takođe, sadrže i vitamine B1, B2, B3, E i A, pa predstavljaju i značajan izvor vitamina. Osim vitamina, akai sadrži i minerale: magnezijum, kalcijum, bakar, cink, kalijum.

Preporučuje se: kod anemije, u trudnoći i periodu dojenja, kod smanjene apsorpcije gvožđa u crevima, osobama sa hroničnim bolestima digestivnog trakta, osobama sa oštećenjem bubrega, kod celijakije, kod Hronove bolesti, kod hipoksije, sportistima i starijim osobama.

Treba znati: Gvožđe nije moguće sintetisati u organizmu, pa ga je neophodno redovno unositi hranom. Gvožđe je sastavni deo hemoglobina koji omogućava transport kiseonika u krvi. Anemija ili malokrvnost je nedostatak hemoglobina ili eritrocita (crvenih krvnih zrnaca) i nastaje usled nedovoljnog unošenja gvožđa u organizam, kod povećanih potreba za gvožđem (trudnoća, dojenje, deca u periodu rasta i razvoja), smanjene apsorpcije gvožđa u crevima, kao posledica krvarenja ili određenih bolesti.
Kod nedostatka gvožđa dolazi do slabosti, nesvestice, bledila, brzog umora, zadihanosti, lomljenja noktiju, opadanja kose. U nedostatku gvožđa, tkiva i organi nisu u dovoljnoj meri snabdeveni kiseonikom, pa dolazi do hipoksije.
