Opis i korišćenje

CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) ili konjugovana linolna kiselina derivat je linolne kiseline i predstavlja poseban oblik omega 6 masne kiseline. Hemijski se i funkcionalno razlikuje od omega 6 iz lanenog ulja. Neophodna je u ljudskoj ishrani. U hrani se može naći u manjim količinama.

Glavna uloga konjugovane linolne kiseline u organizmu je njen pozitivan uticaj na metabolizam proteina i masti u cilju dobijanja energije. Ona podstiče redukovanje depoa telesne masnoće, ali ujedno i čuva glatku mišićnu masu. Pored toga, ima antioksidativno dejstvo i podržava kardiovaskularno zdravlje.
