Opis i korišćenje

Silimarin,sikavica ili gujina trava (Lat. Silybummarianum) je biljkakoja je deo tradicionalne medicine mnogih zemalja. Priprada porodicisuncokreta. Studije ukazuju da sastojci sadržaniu ovoj biljci imaju detox delovanje i koriste se za čišćenjejetre. Kompleksbioflavonoida je zaslužan za lekovita svojstva. Ova kompleks sesastoji iz tri komponente: Silibinin Silidionin Silikristin Najsnažnijuaktivnost pokazuje Silibinin.
