Opis i korišćenje

Rezveratrol je polifenol koji se prirodno nalazi u koži crnog grožđa, bobičastim plodovima, šljivama, kikirikiju i drugim biljkama. Nastaje kao odgovor biljke na oštećenja ili gljivične infekcije, tako što ga sama biljka proizvodi za odbranu od infekcija ili patogenih mikroorganizama (gljivica). Sličnu aktivnost rezveratrol može da pokaže i kod ljudi.

Prirodni je antioksidant, utiče na smanjenje agregacije crvenih krvnih zrnaca, te utiče na prohodnost i fleksibilnost krvnih sudova, što je od velikog značaja za zdravo funkcionisanje kardiovaskularnog sistema.
