Preporučena upotreba: Odrasli - 1 dozirnu mericu (oko 4,4 g) rastvoriti u 120-180 ml vode 30-45 minuta pre treninga. Uzimati najviše 1 dozirnu mericu u toku 24 sata. Ne uzimati u periodu od najmanje 6 sati pre odlaska na spavanje.

Upozorenje: proizvod se ne preporučuje trudnicama i dojiljama, mlađima od 18 godina, osobama sa srčanim smetnjama i visokim krvnim pritiskom. Za vreme korišćenja preparata, ne smeju se uzimati drugi napici i hrana koja sadrži kofein. Veće količine kofeina mogu izazvati nervozu, nesanicu i tahikardije. Ukoliko se pojavi neki od ovih simptoma, prekinuti sa uzimanjem preparata i obratiti se lekaru. Preporučena dnevna doza se ne sme prekoračiti.
L-tirozin izaziva kontraindikacije kod osoba koje uzimaju neselektivne inhibitore monoaminoksidaze (MAO). Trudnice i dojilje bi trebalo da izbegavaju suplementaciju L-tirozinom. Osobe sa hipertenzijom bi trebalo da budu oprezne pri upotrebi L-tirozina.
