Opis i korišćenje

Za crnu boju ove biljke zaslužan je antocijanin koji je ujedno i veoma snažan antioksidans. Više je koriste muškarci, nego žene. Maka u sebi sadrži vitamine B1, B2, B12, C, E, alkaloide, mikro i makro nutrijente, 20 aminokiselina (8 esencijalnih), belančevie, vlakna, masne kiseline, tanin, natrijum, kalcijum, kalijum, bakar, cink, gvožđe, mangan, slilicijum i magnazijum.

Maka je poznati adaptogen pa se koristi za povećanje libida, hormonalni balans povećanje plodnosti, podizanje nivoa energije i jačanje imuniteta.
