Opis i korišćenje

Glutamine BCAA je preparat koji sadrži amino kiseline razgranatog lanca, BCAA, u optimalnom odnosu 2:1:1 i mikronizovani L-Glutamin. Odnos BCAA i Glutamina je 1:1.

L-Glutamine je nazastupljenija amino kiselina u ljudskom organizmu i čini 60% amino kiselina u skeletnim mišićima i 20% ukupno prisutnih amino kiselina u organizmu.

BCAA doprinose rastu i održavanju mišićnog tkiva. Kombinacija ove tri esencijalne amino kiseline, L-Leucin, L-Izoleucin i L-Valin čine ukupno 33% mišićnih proteina.

Pakovanje: 250 grama.
Preporučena upotreba: Dnevna doza su dve merice (10g). Jednu mericu (5g) pomešati sa 200-300ml vode i konzumirati 30 minuta pre treninga i 1 mericu odmah nakon treninga.
Čuvanje: na suvom i hladnom mestu (ne u frižideru).
