Opis i korišćenje

Intenzivni treninzi izazivaju gubitak aminokiselina iz mišića. To je katabolizam – najveći neprijatelj mišićnog rasta i oporavka. Uz glutamin, BCAA amino kiseline su prve koje "stradaju". Uzimanjem suplementa sa BCAA sprečava se katabolizam i pokreće izgradnja mišića još u toku samog treninga, kao i odmah nakon treninga. BCAA takođe podstiču telo da troši masti, a ne aminokiseline iz mišića, štedeći pri tomi i mišićni glikogen. BCAA odlažu i pojavu "centralnog zamora" i mentalnih kriza, omogućavajući maksimalne fizičke performanse tokom dugih i napornih treninga i takmičenja.
