GreenDay® ProVegan Ashwagandha KSM-66 je dodatak ishrani u biljnoj kapsuli sa sadržajem patentiranog ekstrakta (KSM-66) iz korena Vithania somnifera poznate kao Ašvaganda.

KSM-66 Ashvagandha (Vithania somnifera) je vodeća biljka ajurvede, tradicionalne medicine iz Indije. Ašvaganda promoviše ravnotežu u telu. To je adaptogena biljka koja pomaže telu da se uspešno prilagodi stresnim uslovima.

Ašvaganda je jedna od retkih biljaka sa značajnim efektima kako na psihološke tako i na fiziološke aspekte ljudskog funkcionisanja.
