Opis i korišćenje

Citrulin je aminokiselina koja je sastavni deo proteinskih kompleksa. Njegova glavna karakteristika je sposobnost da poveća fizičke performanse podizanjem energetskih nivoa u ćeliji što utiče i na snagu i na intenzitet treninga u najpozitivnijem smislu.

Ubrzava oporavak mišića nakon treninga, smanjuje bol i upalu. Jabučna kiselina (malat) upotpunjuje delovanje citrulina i stimuliše cirkulaciju čime se povećava dotok kiseonika u mišiće, a to rezultuje povećanjem izdržljivosti i efikasnosti.

Pakovanje: 200g (20 porcija).
Preporučena upotreba: Rastvoriti u šejkeru 1 porciju proizvoda 5 g (1 merica) u 250 ml vode ili soka nakon treninga. U zavisnosti od cilja suplementacije, citrulin može da se uzima i pre i posle treninga (30 min).
