Opis i korišćenje

Tirozin spada u neesencijalne aminokiseline, tako da je iako u vrlo malim količinama, naše telo sposobno da ga proizvodi. Može se naći i u prirodnom obliku u bananama, avokadu i u većini visokoproteinske hrane kao što su meso, mlečni proizvodi, jaja.

Testovi vršeni u toku poslednjih godina dokazali su da fizičko opterećenje (trening) značajno smanjuje nivo neurotransmitera (prenosioci nervnih nadražaja) u mozgu. Ovi transmiteri su odgovorni za održavanje forme muskulature i koncentracije, za vedro raspoloženje i motivaciju.
